It’s potentially the most anticipated movie on the year. However, the question on everybody’s mind is when will the UK cinema chains release Wicked tickets?
The film was first announced in 2012, and originally due for release in 2019. Finally, after a global pandemic and months of flilming fans will soon be able to see the first in two films on 22nd November 2024.
The film will have a runtime of 2 hours 40 mins and has a star studded cast featuring Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, Ariana Grande as Glinda, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero and many others.
Featuring songs such as Defying Gravity, the Wizard and I, Popular and One Short Day, the soundtrack of the film will also be released on the 22nd November.
However, with the countdown now on, UK fans have yet to find out when they can snap up their chance to see the film first, until now!
It’s been confirmed that Odeon will launch tickets for Wicked on the 1st November 2024! While other chains have yet to confirm their own on sale dates, it’s expected others, including Cineworld, Vue, and Picturehouse, will also go on sale on the 1st of November.
